RefWhistle
Our Story

By Referees, For Referees.

RefWhistle wasn't built in a boardroom. It was created out of personal experience on the pitch, born from the frustration of using pen and paper for live logging and spending Sunday nights manually entering match reports into fragmented web portals.

As referee coaches and officials, we found ourselves spending more time fighting with clunky software and trying to decipher wet notepad scribbles than actually developing and supporting our teams. The existing systems were built solely for administrators to collect data—not for coaches to provide actionable, immediate feedback to those on the field.

We knew there had to be a better way. We needed a mobile-first live match engine that allowed one-thumb logging during the heat of a game, with dual-timer systems to track absolute match minutes and stoppages accurately. We needed the After Action Report to write itself at full-time, delivering crucial insights before the players even left the pitch.

That's why we built RefWhistle. It's the platform we always wished we had—designed to kill the Sunday Night Report and bring referee development into the modern era.
